At WSG, we work with both new and established brands who are looking to accelerate growth of their business, primarily in the digital domain.
With the convergence of omni-commerce, rich storytelling, social interaction and personlized CRM, brands are able to engage their customers in richer, more targeted ways. WSG sits at the nexus of commerce, content, community and context every day.
To help our clients avoid having to work with multiple, disconnected agencies, we combine talent
across strategy, design, development and digital marketing disciplines, with one, accountable point of contact.
We have a flexible business model often blend fee for service with shared risk contracts, as we believe in the work we do and its' results on our clients business.

Who we are
Ashley John Heather was an entrepreneur from near birth. His first business was designing computer games with his elder brother on the Acorn Archimedes in the late eighties.
After a decade of corporate jobs in London ranging from Ford Motor Credit to management consulting with firms including Lloyds, TSB, Shell and AIB, Ashley moved to NYC to spread his entrepreneurial wings.
Now a native of NYC with his wife and three children, he has a number of successful business ventures behind him. The common thread behind his work is the 4C's including how consumers' multi-channel digital behavior is transforming our business landscape. From entertainment to retail, technology to healthcare, he is at the leading edge of digital innovation and implementation.
Dearrick Jay Knupp was a native of Pennsylvania, graduating from Penn State University, before moving to New York 20 years ago to attend the Fashion Institute of Technology.
He recently lead his creative team in the strategy and redesign of the bebe.com website for launch in Fall 2013. Through their analysis, they identified and iterated within key areas of improvement in user experience, functionality and design.
He most previously raised capital and lead social commerce startup, Shop My Label, through exit in March 2013. Acting as Chief Creative & Marketing Officer, his focus was on site design, U/X, brand strategy, marketing & social commerce strategy and analytics.
He currently resides in Union Square with his Pomeranian Spike, taking on new and exciting ventures of interest.
